EG Coaching provides online personal training, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle coaching services. All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing or engaging with EG Coaching services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Coaching Services

Coaching may include (but is not limited to):

  • Personalised training plans

  • Nutrition guidance and meal plans

  • Educational resources

  • Ongoing support and accountability

All programmes are tailored to the information you provide. Results depend on individual effort, consistency, and adherence.

3. Health & Responsibility

By enrolling, you confirm that:

  • You are medically fit to participate in physical activity

  • You will consult a medical professional if unsure

  • You accept full responsibility for your health and wellbeing

EG Coaching is not responsible for injuries, illness, or health issues that arise from failure to follow guidance correctly or disclose relevant medical information.

4. Payments & No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

Due to the personalised nature of coaching services — including time, planning, and resource allocation — no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Missed sessions

  • Lack of progress

  • Failure to engage with the programme

This applies to one-off payments, monthly plans, and fixed-term packages.

5. Pausing or Cancelling Coaching

If you are on a recurring or fixed-term plan:

  • Coaching cannot be paused or refunded once started

  • Future payments must be honoured for the agreed term

Any changes must be agreed in writing at EG Coaching’s discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All training plans, meal plans, documents, and resources provided remain the intellectual property of EG Coaching.

They may not be shared, copied, or distributed without written permission.

7. Behaviour & Communication

Respectful communication is expected at all times. EG Coaching reserves the right to terminate services without refund if behaviour is abusive, inappropriate, or repeatedly non-compliant.

8. Changes to Terms

EG Coaching may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
