No Refunds Policy

All purchases made through EG Coaching are final.

Due to the digital and personalised nature of coaching services — including programme design, nutrition planning, resource delivery, and time allocated — no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Inability to commit time to the programme

  • Dissatisfaction with results

  • Failure to follow the programme

  • Missed check-ins or lack of engagement

  • Injury, illness, or personal circumstances (unless legally required)

Once access to coaching materials, plans, or resources has been provided, the service is considered to have commenced and is therefore non-refundable.

Fixed-Term & Ongoing Coaching

For fixed-term or multi-month coaching packages:

  • Payments are commitment-based and cannot be cancelled mid-term

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time

  • Pausing coaching does not entitle you to a refund

For recurring payments:

  • Cancellation must be made before the next billing date

  • Any payments already processed remain non-refundable

Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law where applicable. However, by purchasing EG Coaching services, you acknowledge and accept that personalised digital services are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period once delivery has begun.
